At 7Artifacts, we take pride in offering unique, custom-made products through print-on-demand services. Since each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error on our part.

 

Refunds & Replacements

 

We are happy to offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • There is a printing error or quality issue.

  • The item received is different from what was ordered.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at sales@7artifacts.com with:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear photo of the product showing the issue.

 

Cancellations & Changes

 

Because all items are custom-made, we can only cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order has entered production and cannot be changed.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

  • Minor variations in color, placement, or appearance due to screen settings and production processes.

 

Shipping Issues

 

We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before reaching out.
